Premium Healthcare Group S.A.E. began its journey in November 2014, founded in the strategic port city of Port Said under its initial corporate banner, City Lab. Recognising structural fragmentation within the regional diagnostic and laboratory testing markets, the leadership team initiated a long-term capital consolidation plan.
By achieving rigorous regulatory and operational milestones, the company executed a historic up-listing from the small-to-medium enterprise market (Nile Stock Exchange) to the Main Board of The Egyptian Exchange (EGX). This transition paved the way for a massive capital expansion to 2.36 Billion EGP, fuelling a series of mergers and acquisitions that brought several of the market's most historic diagnostic brands under a single, highly efficient corporate umbrella.
